SAFVIC Systems Instructor
SAFVIC Staff Instructor & Outreach Coordinator

Prior to joining TMPA, Autumn served with distinction at a municipal police department in Texas. During her tenure, she held several key roles, including Senior Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, and Assistant Crisis Negotiation Team Lead for a regional SWAT team. As part of the department’s specialized traffic enforcement unit, she contributed to the Collision Reconstruction Team, earned her UAS Remote Pilot License, and became an Advanced TRC Instructor through the Department of Public Safety (DPS).

Autumn’s investigative portfolio spans multiple disciplines, encompassing family violence, sexual assault, and white-collar crime — including insurance fraud and financial crimes — during her time as a state investigator.

Her commitment to victim advocacy predates her law enforcement career. She began as a Victim Services Advocate and continued that mission as a police officer by joining her department’s peer support team, providing emotional and practical assistance to fellow first responders in crisis.

She holds an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree. She also brings experience in procurement, supply chain management, and financial contracting.

Through her work with TMPA, Autumn aims to expand knowledge and awareness among law enforcement and advocates statewide through evidence-based practices and trauma-informed strategies.
